Dockside watches the Nintendo eShop every day and shows only the discounted games that critics and players actually rate highly, with how long they take to finish, the price history, and a push when a game you want goes on sale.
Most Switch owners pay full price because nobody told them eShop games go 50–90% off all year round. The sale itself is the problem: five thousand listings, and almost none of them worth your evening. The filter is the product.
A deal shows up only if the game has a Metacritic score of 88 or more on Switch, or an "Overwhelmingly Positive" Steam rating. You can loosen the bar; the default is strict on purpose.
Every game carries how long the main story takes and when it came out, so a $2.49 masterpiece and a 90-hour epic are easy to tell apart.
